Join the Editorial Board

The International Journal of Agricultural Research, Innovation and Technology (IJARIT) welcomes expressions of interest from accomplished academicians, researchers, and industry professionals wishing to join its Editorial Board.

We are particularly interested in candidates with an active, verifiable publication record and subject-matter expertise aligned with one or more of the journal's thematic sections (see [Aims & Scope]):

  • Crop Sciences & Plant Protection
  • Soil, Water & Environmental Resources
  • Animal & Aquatic Sciences
  • Post-Harvest Technology & Food Systems
  • Agricultural Economics & Rural Development

Who should apply:
Applicants should generally hold a Ph.D. (or equivalent professional standing) and demonstrate an established research or professional record in their declared area of expertise; candidates who bring institutional or geographic diversity to the board are preferred.

Role and expectations:
Editorial Board members support the Editor-in-Chief in manuscript evaluation within their subject area, help maintain the journal's scientific and ethical standards (see [Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement]), and may be called upon periodically to review submissions or advise on editorial policy. Board appointments are voluntary and unremunerated.

How to apply:
Interested candidates should send the following to the Editorial Office at editor@ijarit.online or editor.ijarit@gmail.com:

  • An updated CV
  • ORCID iD
  • A brief statement (200–300 words) of research interests and relevant expertise
  • Two professional references (optional but encouraged)

Applications are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and the existing Editorial Board on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for further discussion before a formal invitation is extended.
